Getting Started with Flexi Support

All support requests are now managed through our new portal at tickets.flexi.com. Follow the steps below to get set up.

Navigate to the portal
Open your browser and go to tickets.flexi.com. You will land on the support portal home page.

Click sign up
Select the Sign up button on the home page A to begin creating your account.

Enter your name and email
Fill in your name A and your email address B, then select Continue.
Important: Please use your primary work email address here, not your Flexi product login email, to ensure your support account links correctly to your organization.

Verify your account
Check your inbox for a verification email from Flexi. Click the confirmation link A to activate your account and log in.

You are all set

Once verified, you have full access to the portal. Here is how to make the most of it:

Viewing existing tickets

Select your name in the top right corner A then choose Requests B to see all open and closed tickets.

Submitting a new ticket

Use the Submit a request button in the top right corner A, or email support@flexi.com. Both routes feed into the same portal, so your team has full visibility either way.
