You must reset your password before signing in for the first time
Your previous password will not work in the new portal. Before you can sign in, you must set a new password. On the sign-in page, click Forgot password? to set a new one. You’ll receive a reset link at your registered email address. If you don’t receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact support via the support portal or email support@flexi.com.

Previously resolved tickets will not appear in the new portal at this time. We are actively working on bringing your historical tickets into the new system. In the meantime, customers who need to reference a past ticket should contact our support team via the support portal or email support@flexi.com.
We’ve moved our customer support to a new portal powered by Zendesk. This gives you better visibility into your tickets, faster responses, and a knowledge base (coming soon).
Follow the steps below to get set up.
Step 1 — Go to the support portal
Visit tickets.flexi.com to reach the new Flexi Support portal. You’ll be taken to the sign-in page.

Step 2 — Sign in or create an account
If you already have an account, enter your email and password and click Sign in.
New to the portal? Click Sign up at the bottom of the sign-in form to register with your email address.
Forgot your password? Click the Forgot password? link on the sign-in page and you’ll receive a reset email.
Step 3 — Submit a support request
Once signed in, click Submit a request in the top navigation bar. Fill in the details about your issue — including category, severity, your Flexi URL, and a description — then click Submit.

Step 4 — Track your tickets
To check on existing tickets, click your name in the top-right corner of the portal and select Requests from the dropdown menu.

You’ll see a full list of your open and past requests, including ticket ID, dates, and current status.
