Position: Business Development Representative

Position: Business Development Representative

Flexi Software, a 30+ year old enterprise software company, has an immediate opening for a Business Development Representative with the ability to work remote full time. Flexi is a software development company that provides commercial enterprise accounting applications for cloud and on-premise deployments. We are looking for an intelligent, motivated individual who craves the excitement and opportunity of a high-energy, professional atmosphere to add to our growing team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

In this role, most of your day-to-day activities will center on seeking new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. This includes leveraging sales tools provided by Flexi as well as emails, phone calls, and virtual meetings. In addition, we are seeking someone who is well organized and adept at building and managing a pipeline for accurate forecasting.

  • Rapidly learn the Value proposition Flexi offers to their customers and prospects

  • Create and manage contact lists

  • Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Sales Force and ZoomInfo

  • Develop techniques for objection handling

  • Work cross functionally with marketing team to develop new campaigns

  • Qualify inbound leads in order to create new logo opportunities

  • Targeted prospecting to develop outbound leads through Account based selling

  • Maintain CRM and related databases



  • Preferred prior experience in an ERP or SaaS sales

  • Experience in a sales role

  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience with SalesForce or other CRM solutions

  • Competent with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Results oriented
