Stefan R. Bothe
Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer
Stefan Bothe joined Flexi in 1993 after leading DataEase, a PC Database software company, as President and Chief Executive Officer. From 1989 to 1991, Mr. Bothe was President and Chief Executive Officer of GEAC Computer Corporation Limited. Prior to joining GEAC, Mr. Bothe was President of the Application Products Division of Computer Associates International, Inc., one of the largest software companies in the industry. While at Computer Associates, Mr. Bothe held numerous senior management positions, including President of the International Division, President of the Micro Products Division, and Senior Vice President of Marketing.
Dmitry G. Trudov
Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer, and Chief Software Architect
Dmitry Trudov joined Flexi in 1996. Mr. Trudov’s responsibilities include technology direction, software architecture, new products, and offshore development management. Mr. Trudov was key in the development of FlexiSmartClient Suite, and continues to help Flexi advance its technology.
Maureen M. Okerstrom
Senior Vice President, Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing
Maureen Okerstrom joined Flexi in 2002. Ms. Okerstrom’s responsibilities include sales, marketing, and product marketing. Previously Ms. Okerstrom was with Flexi from 1994 to February 1999 in various sales management positions. From 1999 to 2002 she held the position of Vice President of Sales for Alerio Corporation and then Vice President of Sales for Adivio Corporation, a spin-off of Alerio. Ms. Okerstrom has also held sales positions and sales management positions at IBM and Platinum Software.
