FlexiTools

FlexiTools consists of a series of tools that are used to integrate or customize FlexiFinancials.

Several integration options are available depending on the level of integration desired. Integrations can be created between in-house developed applications, front office systems, or other third-party products.

Seamless integration is accomplished through a set of APIs which can be invoked through Web services or COM+. Simple integration is achieved by importing and exporting data through Flexi Import/Export.

FlexiNetExchange (Web Services APIs)

FlexiNetExchange offers a series of Web services to seamlessly integrate applications with other Flexi products. Web services APIs are classified into two areas: functional and database. The functional Web services provide core business functions such as account validation and journal processing. The database Web services provide extensive transaction control, including database commits and rollbacks. Gone are the days of dealing with batch and recycle files — imagine instantaneous validation and posting.

Flexi COM+ APIs

The extensive library of Flexi COM+ APIs provides real-time, synchronous access to functional components within the FlexiFinancials suite of modules. COM+ APIs are classified into two areas: functional and database. The functional Web services provide core business functions such as account validation and journal processing. The database Web services provide extensive transaction control, including database commits and rollbacks.

Flexi Import/Export

FlexiImport/Export Wizards allow you to import data in ways that accommodate the structure of your data, and export data according to user-defined structures. Powerful mapping capabilities provide the flexibility to design import and exports in a format that is useful for all of your systems.

FlexiDesigner

FlexiDesigner provides the ability to customize the FlexiFinancials Suite GUI using an intuitive, interactive, industry-standard Visual Design Editor (drag-and-drop, double-clicking, drag-sizing). Whether it is to improve efficiency, change terminology, create a company-wide look and feel, or extend a Flexi application to more closely reflect your needs, FlexiDesigner lets you achieve these goals without compromising the base product.

FlexiDB

FlexiDB allows customization of the Flexi database structures without compromising the integrity of the system. You can easily maintain the definitions of the application's databases including tables, columns, indices, referential integrity, column-level security, logging, and audit trail requirements.
